We decided to purchase our 1st Arizona home and Tara was recommended. We couldn't be happier. We live 1500 miles away and working with Tara was like being the same office. We ultimately sent her a list of properties we liked from the internet. Tara was able to schedule time for us when we flew out to AZ. We did 3 days of showings from our list. We had a favorite but something wasn't yet perfect. Tara suggested 1 last home to look at and by our 4th day in AZ, we submitted an offer that was accepted. She was VERY responsive and had great communication throughout the entire process. Loan- her trusted team helped us, held our hand and made everything flow perfectly. They were available to answer questions and helped us navigate loan stuff from out of state. VERY smooth and easy. Showing- Cassandra helped us out in AZ due to a scheduling conflict that was already communicated to us prior. Cassy was a rockstar and was so patient and helpful during the 8 hour shift of showings. Remember we only had one day to look. Offer- we found our home and Kirsten negotiated and advocated for us. It’s not like what we see on TV. She had our best interest in mind and was very professional. Our offer was accepted and we closed in 30 days. Kirsten explained everything to us and gave us a run down of what to expect, when we needed to do certain tasks, etc. Again, her experience and knowledge really shined here. You guys, purchasing our first home from OUT OF STATE without knowing the area was literally the smoothest thing we had ever done. We were at peace the ENTIRE time. Forever choosing Kirsten because she has experience, a great team of resources, and she’s SO knowledgeable. She has skin in the game, experience and knows markets in AZ and CA VERY well!
