Professional realtor that put us at ease.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Steve and his team. He took the time to help us develop the best strategy for selling our home while working through a few non negotiables we had regarding timeline and sale price. Steve was transparent throughout the entire process from deciding when to list, coordinating open houses and showings, to navigating counteroffers. At no point did we feel out of the loop or uncertain about his guidance. Our home received multiple offers within the first week, and Steve was even able to negotiate an additional two weeks for us to stay in the home after closing at no extra cost. We highly recommend Steve and his team for any real estate needs.
