There are realtors who help you buy or sell a house, and then there’s Steve, who becomes your advocate, strategist, problem-solver, sounding board, and steady presence through one of the biggest transitions of your life. Steve simultaneously helped us sell our home AND purchase our new home. Two major transactions, with all the negotiations, timing, logistics, uncertainty, and emotion that came with them. It was double the transaction and, at times, double the stress. I genuinely don’t know how we would have navigated it without him. Steve’s experience was evident at every stage. He knew when to push, when to be patient, what deserved our attention, and what didn’t need to become another source of worry. His communication was exceptional. He never added to the chaos- he helped remove it. And then there's his incredible team. Every person we worked with was instrumental in bringing our two transactions together successfully. Steve has clearly surrounded himself with people who share his standards for professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine client care. By the time we sold our house and had the keys to our new home, calling Steve simply our “realtor” no longer felt adequate. He was our advocate, our voice of reason, and someone we trusted completely. What truly sets Steve apart is something you can’t teach: he knows how to take care of people. Steve and his team helped us close one chapter of our lives and begin another. We couldn’t recommend them more highly. Five stars simply aren’t enough.
