I found this team responsive to everyone’s needs. Great ending!

After working many years and multiple real estate transactions with Sharon, I can attest to her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to her clients. She knows how to structure sales and purchase agreements for potential maximum benefit. She has always been available to answer questions and make sure that I was comfortable with the myriad of paperwork necessary to process a sale or purchase. She gets ahead of potential delays to make sure the process runs smoothly and on time. And beyond the real estate transaction, her familiarity with vendors and services ancillary to a transaction, has been invaluable to seeing a favorable and timely contract close. Sharon is a seasoned professional.

During the trying time of our mothers passing, we needed to sell the family home. Sharon stepped up to the plate and delivered a home run. Without her knowledge and experience, we would not have been able to negotiate all the trials and tribulations needed to close the deal. Not only did she provide all the physical support throughout the process, her empathy shined through. Sharon was truly a Godsend and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the San Diego area.

I had the pleasure of working with Jillian and her team, and the experience was truly exceptional. She demonstrated unwavering dedication and support throughout the process of purchasing our first home. The entire transaction was remarkably smooth from start to finish. Jillian took the time to understand our specific needs, ensuring that we felt at ease with every step. Her passion for her work is evident, and her professionalism is impeccable. She expertly guided us through any situation that arose during our home search. Whenever we required assistance in making informed decisions, Jillian was consistently responsive and helpful. Our experience with Jillian and her team was seamless and efficient. I am deeply grateful for her expertise and unwavering support throughout this process.

She was a great mediator between me and my ex wife in completing the final details of the home sale.

Im so glad I chose Harvest Homes for my real estate process needs. Gillian Dandekar knowledge and experience, combined with her patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. Beyond her expertise and professionalism, the team was amicable and kind throughout my home selling process. She answered all my questions with in-depth explanations, ensuring I fully understood what I was doing and why it was necessary. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch real estate services!

Working with Ana to buy our home wasn't just a transaction; it felt like having a master strategist, an interior designer, and a trusted friend all rolled into one. From day one, her dedication was completely unmatched. No matter the hour or the day, she was always a step ahead, answering our endless questions and guiding us through the market with absolute confidence. What truly blew us away was her incredible resourcefulness. Whenever a hurdle popped up—from navigating tricky negotiations to tracking down obscure property details—she didn't just find solutions; she found clever ones we never would have thought of on our own. Buying a home can be wildly stressful, but Ana somehow made the entire journey genuinely fun. She gave us the precious gift of her time and patience, never once making us feel rushed or pressured. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her, and her warmth and professionalism turned what could have been an overwhelming process into an exciting milestone. If you are looking for someone who will advocate for you fiercely and treat your future like it matters, look no further. She is simply the best!

We had an outstanding experience working with Ana during the sale of our home. From start to finish, her attention to detail was exceptional, ensuring that every aspect of the transaction was handled professionally and thoroughly. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We were always kept informed, questions were answered promptly, and we never felt out of the loop. Ana’s availability and responsiveness gave us confidence and peace of mind during what can often be a stressful experience. What impressed us most was her knowledge of the market and her commitment to making everything move as seamlessly as possible. Ana coordinated every step efficiently, and kept the process on track from listing to closing. Her expertise, dedication, and professionalism made selling our home a smooth and successful experience. We are incredibly grateful for Ana’s hard work and boundless energy, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I highly recommend working with Ana as she is excellent in both buyer and seller roles. As a buyer, I knew I had someone who would protect my interests and negotiate the best possible deal. She helped me navigate the emotional ups and downs of viewing multiple homes and was very attuned to my preferences - the homes she recommended were right up my alley (pun intended) and I was very happy after purchasing my dream home. As a seller, I had full confidence that the strategy, marketing, and negotiating would get me the maximum value — and she did. For example, when we listed my home, there were already three properties sitting unsold on the same street. Ana came in with outstanding marketing and presentation, and within a week we were in escrow at a higher price per square foot than those other homes. It wasn’t luck — it was skill, strategy, and execution that blew everyone else away.
