Christina (Tina) Courtney was absolutely fabulous to work with on our first home purchase. My husband and I had gone through the process for purchasing a mobile home previously, however this was our first time purchasing a stick-built house. There are a number of differences in the processes and regulations that Tina was well versed in navigating, and in those few areas she did not have the answer she was very up front about it and had contacts available to find out the answer. I appreciated that she was interesting mainly in our personal reactions to the homes themselves and not how good the property matched our metrics or check-lists.
