She was very knowledgeable in market insights, calm under immense pressure, incredibly responsive and highly professional and personable. She met our wishes but wasn’t a “yes woman”. She consulted us on the best way forward and we trusted her expertise. She pivoted to market dynamics while protecting the value of our home. She also helped me get into my new home with ease given a short escrow. Despite market conditions there were always showings requested because of Stephanie’s deep network and marketing effectiveness.
