Excellent Agent

We feel very fortunate to have had Stephanie help us sell our home. This is the 2nd house she has helped us sell. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and has a great sense of pricing, and what it takes to get a home noticed. Her marketing and networking skills are excellent, and her social media presence really helped get our home in front of the right people. Stephanie is an excellent negotiator. What really stood out to us was how she handled the personal side of selling a home. She understands how stressful and emotional the process can be and always remained calm, focused, and composed, even when things got challenging. She is intelligent, resourceful, and genuinely cares about her clients. Even though she had other listings and was very busy, she always made us feel like we were her priority. We never felt overlooked or like just another client. She was always available, responsive, and willing to help whenever we needed her.
