When we were looking for our home, I had worked with 4 other realtors before finding Kim! Some of them were lip service and didn't listen at all to what we were trying to find in our home, others were very high energy but had a very negative personality, and still others were actually rude and pushy. Needless to say I fired all of them. I found a house that I wanted to look at and Kim was the listing agent. She met us the same day to look at the property and then began looking for other properties for my family when that one wasn't the best fit. She was very down to Earth, extremely knowledgeable about the houses and the area, and listened carefully to exactly what we were looking for. She was on top of communication, getting things done, and making sure we were updated every step of the way. She even gave advice to ensure on other vendors and contractors that would be useful in determining the best home for our family. She truly took the stress out of the process and has even checked up on us afterwards. I truly can't say enough about what a gift this woman is to the industry!

Sharon is more then a fantastic realtor, she is a wonderful woman/human being. She listed my home and did not ask me to make any changes (unlike other realtors). She listed the home at a reasonable price, that would be good for seller/buyer. Sharon helped me outside of the client/realtor relationship, she was a true blessing in my life, she helped me when my own family were to busy. Sharon is a wealth of knowledge and wisdom.
