Our experience with Kimberly was fabulous! She was professional, knowledgeable, personable and communicative. She always listened to our wants and needs, answered our many questions and gave us her professional opinion. She communicated with us every step of the way. And we felt she always had our interests in mind. Kimberly’s knowledge of the market and her marketing expertise are excellent. In all of our years of buying and selling houses, this was by far the easiest, smoothest and quickest experience we’ve ever had. Kimberly is the BEST!

When we were looking for our home, I had worked with 4 other realtors before finding Kim! Some of them were lip service and didn't listen at all to what we were trying to find in our home, others were very high energy but had a very negative personality, and still others were actually rude and pushy. Needless to say I fired all of them. I found a house that I wanted to look at and Kim was the listing agent. She met us the same day to look at the property and then began looking for other properties for my family when that one wasn't the best fit. She was very down to Earth, extremely knowledgeable about the houses and the area, and listened carefully to exactly what we were looking for. She was on top of communication, getting things done, and making sure we were updated every step of the way. She even gave advice to ensure on other vendors and contractors that would be useful in determining the best home for our family. She truly took the stress out of the process and has even checked up on us afterwards. I truly can't say enough about what a gift this woman is to the industry!

Kim is the reason we now have the house of our dreams. I have never experienced a real estate agent that went above and beyond like Kim did. She treated us like family every step of the way. She was very organized, detailed and followed through on everything during our 60 day escrow. Her relationships with other agents, inspectors, plumbers etc. was invaluable.

Kim was knowledgeable and always available. She and her husband helped a lot by being at the house for things that needed to be done while I was at work.

We interviewed 5 realtors when it came time to sell our home in Ramona CA. Out of all 5, Kimberly Swartz is the only one that made us feel confident! She also is the only one who said she could get us our full asking price! And she did just that! Had we listened to any other realtors, we would have lost about 100k....thats HUGE! She was extremely cautious about showing the house because she knew I was living alone at the time of sale, so she went above and beyond to make sure i was safe. When we were out of state she came and took care of our home, even physically dug up a paver patio for us so the septic could be pumped! We disnt ask her to, she just did it! Best realtor ever...
