He was my "boots on the ground" so to speak. I had some issues with a vendor damaging flooring during an inspection, Doug found a repair person and had it taken care of right away. He handled all the little details you wouldn't even think about (he even cleaned up the fallen leaves before every showing). He stayed in constant contact with me regarding showings and offers and never made me feel like I was bothering him with calls or questions. All around fantastic experience.
