My husband, Bill, and I have known Steve since 2009 when he helped us purchase our current home. He stayed in contact with us throughout the years. There would always be a Holiday card waiting for us in the mail every year. When the time came to look for a property in Fallbrook for our daughter and son-in-law, we contacted him and, of course, he came through. Always available to answer any communication! Extremely knowledgeable of local real estate market conditions and regulations. If not available, Eli, another agent in his company would be there to help. We are now hiring Steve and his company to also facilitate the sale of our daughter's condo. We are extremely pleased with his services and continue to use his skills in the future when the need arises again.

Reid was amazing the entire process. He answered every question with kindness. The process of selling a home far away from us was uncharted territory and he made every step seamless. He had great advice. We would recommend Reid every single time.

If I could give Jan Carver more than five stars, I would. Jan helped us sell and close my dad’s property in just 10 days, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Because this was a long-distance sale involving my senior father, there were many extra challenges, but Jan handled every detail with professionalism, compassion, and incredible dedication. Her communication was outstanding throughout the process. She kept us informed every step of the way, responded quickly to questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable and smooth. What impressed me most was how far she went beyond what is normally expected from a realtor. Jan stepped in to help with countless details so my father would not have to travel, saving him both stress and inconvenience. She consistently looked for solutions, worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and truly cared about achieving the best outcome for our family. I cannot say enough good things about Jan Carver. Her work ethic, integrity, and commitment to her clients are unmatched. If you are looking for a realtor who genuinely goes above and beyond, Jan is the one to call. – Janet S
