April gets the job done!

April has represented our family in two home purchases and one sale. Outstanding from start to finish

April was fantastic to work with throughout the entire home-buying process. She was always quick to respond, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I understood what was happening without ever making me feel overwhelmed. She knows the market well, gave honest advice, and never pressured me into making a decision. Outstanding Real Estate Agent

Wanda is an expert about The Colony and Murrieta! We were planning to put our home on the market later in the year and she advised us to get it listed during the Spring. This proved to be a wise suggestion. We felt her suggestions were reflective of her extensive real estate knowledge.Wanda's communication skills are great. Difficult market, but Will was very persistent, and never gave up.

He is an excellent communicator (phone, email, and texting). Will's style was comfortable, no stress and yet tough on the timeline for all parties. We felt that his efforts were all about us and yet very friendly towards all potential buyers. He knows the market deeply and was on top of market changes. Will was very professional, understood the complexities and we felt protected during any negotiations. My wife and I are very pleased to have worked with Will, and would recommend him to others.

Knowledgeable, responsive, professional and persistent in guiding us through a difficult sale.

We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent! Since we hadn't sold a home in 28 years, the process felt overwhelming at first, but she patiently guided us every step of the way. She was always responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. We knew we had made the right choice after previously witnessing her successfully sell our daughter's "moldy" house - a very difficult but totally honest sale.
