When he accepted to take on the sale of our home, he immediately helped to prepare the the house for showing, and built a comprehensive and strategic pricing, and marketing campaign. The campaign included print, social media, word of mouth, and networking events. He had a strategy in reaching out to different high potential buyer's segments that have a higher price range, and buyers are looking to cash out, and buy in Murrieta. Ibrahim organized a neighborhood pre-showing open house event, then followed by a social media campaign that reached to thousands of potential buyers. Ibrahim was relentless, persistent, and effective in using advertisement, signs, and organizing open houses. I am very happy with the results, and would use him again in a heart beat.

Ibrahim was amazing; although he was caring for his dying mom in a different country, he kept on providing us with answers and tips, scheduling open houses with other agents and doing all it takes to sell our house. He went out of his way to help us even in fixing some items in the house and overall process of vacating the house and getting it ready. He provided us with constant information about the housing market, and provided us with excellent advices on prices and procedures. He was on top of things and went the extra mile.
