Wilbur Wester

Will was knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect. He was always responsive and enthusiastic, as well as being very honest. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell real estate. Will's fee is better than most agents as well, and his whole team is top notch.

Wil Wester cares deeply about his clients and no one will work harder for them. He goes beyond the extra mile for them. He answers any and all questions guiding you with his expertise. You could not be in better hands.

He is an excellent communicator (phone, email, and texting). Will's style was comfortable, no stress and yet tough on the timeline for all parties. We felt that his efforts were all about us and yet very friendly towards all potential buyers. He knows the market deeply and was on top of market changes. Will was very professional, understood the complexities and we felt protected during any negotiations. My wife and I are very pleased to have worked with Will, and would recommend him to others.

Will was the best choice we made in choosing a realtor. His professionalism and subject matter expertise ensured we were well represented. His frequent communication was reassuring from the time we listed until escrow closed. We would recommend Will to anyone looking to sell their home.

He provided us with excellent suggestions regarding resources we could access. He was patient and always kept us up to date regarding the buying process.

Will’s practical and realistic suggestions for prepping our parents’ home to be sold made the process of listing and finding a buyer extremely efficient and successful. Will and his staff were so organized and professional. It made the entire process as easy as it could be. We are very appreciative of everything he did to help us sell this home.
