She was always there to guide us through issues that came up, with lists of “to does” when moving, and helped us through all the legal paper work. We could not have made this move without her help. Wanda went way over & above expectations as our family went through the difficult & sad process of selling our dad's home shortly after he passed away. I'm very grateful for all the help & especially her encouragement as I tread unknown waters. Selling the house was not the only issue surrounding us. Since I don't live in California there was a double handicap when I returned home about a month prior to the house being sold & the process continued long distance.
