Wanda is an expert about The Colony and Murrieta! We were planning to put our home on the market later in the year and she advised us to get it listed during the Spring. This proved to be a wise suggestion. We felt her suggestions were reflective of her extensive real estate knowledge.Wanda's communication skills are great. Wanda went way over & above expectations as our family went through the difficult & sad process of selling our dad's home shortly after he passed away.
