How fortunate we were that in our time of sadness to receive a hidden blessing. That blessing was Max Letendre. We were suddenly responsible for all of our Mothers responsibilities. It was very assuring to know Max was there through the critical buyer inspections. We knew he would make sure that we were treated fairly. That he had our best interest in mind for any possible repair that might be needed or to be negotiated. Through this entire process Max's incredible abilities made this sale happen.
