My wife and I have been looking for our retirement home for about 3 years. We had very specific requirements and worked with a couple of realtors before Troy, but was not shown anything remotely close to what we wanted. Once we began working with Troy, he started showing us properties that were a step in the right direction. Our requirements were pretty stringent, and Troy used his knowledge and experience to help us open our minds to other possibilities. My wife and I wanted our retirement home to be a single story with 4 bedrooms and a three car garage, move in ready, with a large lot and no HOA. Since inventory was low, it was very difficult to find anything meeting these requirements. Troy began showing us homes on large lots that were new and move in ready, but the yards were blank slates and had to be done from scratch. He also showed us homes on large lots where the yards were completely done and beautiful, but the home itself was a fixer upper. Troy did an amazing job trying to keep us within the budget we told him we wanted. Troy never gave up on us and constantly sent emails containing properties with potential. Whenever we saw a property online that we wanted to see in person, Troy was very responsive and we were able to view it very quickly. Once we finally found the home that checked all of our boxes, Troy got to work. We viewed the property and had an offer in that same day. He kept us up to date with everything that was going on with our home buying process, and always had our best interests in mind. We followed his suggestions during the negotiation process and in the end, it was very beneficial for us. I would highly recommend Troy for anyone looking for a realtor.
