Melissa was so great. We had a house that was inherited in an area that we were not totally familiar with. I lived so far that being physically there was difficult. Melissa not only was compassionate and empathetic regarding the loss of our family member, she made things so much easier. The second we handed over a copy of the keys, she took a huge weight off our shoulders. She had contacts for everything, was able to help set up an estate sale, and took care of all the issues that came up so that we didn’t have to travel to the house. Everything was able to able handled online as well as her arranging a mobile notary. I cannot recommend her enough! You will not regret putting your trust in Melissa!

Jill’s communication was great, we were always kept in the loop and up to date on anything that was going on. Jill has unmatched knowledge and professionalism when it comes to real estate. We dealt with multiple agents who would not communicate their end to us and Jill stayed consistent and ultimately got her job done.
