Righ off the bat, Raffe showed us his hard work ethic when he set up 15 showings for us over a holiday weekend! In total, we looked at 30+ houses with Raffe...and with two small children! And sure enough after three weeks, we had put in 4 offers and found our dream home in 3 short weeks. As first time home buyers, Raffe was present and worked tirelessly during escrow....he had our best interest at heart. I never had to worry when he had to negotiate with the buyer's agent. I can’t thank Steve and his team enough. My property had many challenges before the sale. I felt overwhelmed by the projects needed to get the property ready for sale. Steve and the team handled donations, repairs, updating and staging. Due to the professional efforts by all team members, my property sold well above asking price. Kurt is absolutely incredible. He is an excellent communicator and updated me every step of the way and was able to explain every change in the market. There are realtors who help you buy or sell a house, and then there’s Steve, who becomes your advocate, strategist, problem-solver, sounding board, and steady presence through one of the biggest transitions of your life. Steve simultaneously helped us sell our home AND purchase our new home. Two major transactions, with all the negotiations, timing, logistics, uncertainty, and emotion that came with them. It was double the transaction and, at times, double the stress. I genuinely don’t know how we would have navigated it without him. Steve’s experience was evident at every stage. He knew when to push, when to be patient, what deserved our attention, and what didn’t need to become another source of worry. His communication was exceptional. We always knew what was happening, what came next, and that someone was looking out for us. Just as impressive was his emotional intelligence. Steve never treated our concerns as inconveniences or made us feel like “just another transaction.” He listened, understood when we needed information or perspective, and remained calm when things became stressful. Communication was excellent never had to worry about what was happening. The marketing was fantastic the house sold the first weekend for over the asking price. During escrow Kevin was an expert at negotiating with the buyers and buyers agent making the process seamless. I never had to worry about anything.
