Steve is the definition of a straight shooter and an excellent realtor. My house had been on the market for over seven months before I hired him. Within one week of taking over the listing, Steve had me under contract. He came in, looked at the situation objectively, changed the strategy, repositioned the pricing, and recommended a meaningful price cut rather than continuing to chase the market. The result speaks for itself: he generated serious interest and ultimately landed an offer above the new asking price. What impressed me most was his communication style. Steve is a master communicator. He tells you exactly what you need to know, when you need to know it, without wasting your time with unnecessary calls, drama, or salesmanship. He is decisive, practical, and understands how to get a deal across the finish line. After seven months of frustration, the difference was immediate. My husband, Bill, and I have known Steve since 2009 when he helped us purchase our current home. He stayed in contact with us throughout the years. There would always be a Holiday card waiting for us in the mail every year. When the time came to look for a property in Fallbrook for our daughter and son-in-law, we contacted him and, of course, he came through. Always available to answer any communication! Extremely knowledgeable of local real estate market conditions and regulations. If not available, Eli, another agent in his company would be there to help. We are now hiring Steve and his company to also facilitate the sale of our daughter's condo. We are extremely pleased with his services and continue to use his skills in the future when the need arises again.

Jayne was such a joy to work with. Her attention to details what is extraordinary and definitely pointed out the things I probably would’ve missed.
