Cyndi has now helped us sell two homes and buy another. It's hard to describe what an amazing difference she makes to the whole process. Her knowledge of things is unsurpassed, as is her eye for things to make your home look as good as it possibly can. Both our homes were sold with prices way over asking. (The 1st one didn't even appraise on what she got them to offer), but they still paid it anyway. That's what she does. She was on MY side! She was looking out for ME! Once when I was getting frustrated because I couldn't find the right house, she just turned to me and said "don't worry, we'll find it and you'll know which house it is because you'll lay awake at night thinking about it and want to keep going back to see it". Needless to say she was completely 100% right and I've never forgotten that. When you see a house you are thinking of buying with her, there is no 'realtor speak' either, she speaks honestly and openly and her advice is second to none. What you get is 100% zero pressure from her and 100% complete commitment from her to you. Finally I love it when people ask me if I have a realtor telling me they have a great one and because I get to feel very smug at that time because I know, mine is better!
