We are first time home buyers, and Nahida made the entire experience as easy as buying a home can be. She was extremely responsive from the very first time I contacted her after being referred by a family member. She responded to texts, emails, and phone calls so quickly throughout the entire process, and was excellent at answering our questions and explaining things to us in ways we could understand. We were very nervous about purchasing a home for many reasons, but one of the biggest was that we would not fully understand everything and would mess up on something important or get taken advantage of. Having Nahida by our side made us much more comfortable and confident because she was so knowledgeable about every piece of the process, from applying for a loan and looking at houses to making the offer and inspections and what to expect at closing. She gave honest opinions and advice, but never pressured us into anything. Since we both work full time, I appreciated that we were able to communicate a lot through text, as we have limited times during the day for phone calls. She was professional at all times, but also so personable and kind. She really worked hard for us to get into a home we loved, and we are so grateful. I will be referring her to anyone I ever meet who is looking to buy or sell, and so will my family!
