I appreciated all the work done my Steve and Lori complete the sale of my home. Both are friendly and knowledgeable. Any questions I had were answered right away. They were always available to answer questions or provide information on next steps. Both are very friendly and professional, people who should be working with people. I interacted more with Steve, he went above and beyond to facilitate the sale of my home and guide me through the offer stage. Fortunately my house sold quickly. I liked that I was presented with a price range to price my house so that I could pick a price I was comfortable with. Steve updates me regularly on all the stages moving thru the home sale. I had already moved out of state and Steve checked on the house regularly. I was nervous about the selling process but Steve and Lori alleviated all my worries and it really was as stress-free as this type of process could be. I will recommend them to any friends who may be buying or selling in the future.

This is the second home that Peggy helped me to purchase. She has deep knowledge of the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire, and her husband is helpful as well with providing advice on potential things to look out for in a home. Peggy also recommended a great mortgage broker for me, who did a terrific job in helping me with financial aspects of the mortgage. Peggy is also very good at communicating post-Sale. A good ten years went by between the two home purchases, and she always made it a point to communicate occasionally to see how things were going. I highly recommend Peggy and her team.
