Marlene helped me and my wife to purchase a house. We were looking for a mobile home, but we ended up with something better, a beautiful house. That is all thanks to Marlene's hard work from beginning to the end. She helped me stay positive even when I didn't think I could. She fought for us and I can't think of anyone who will fight for you like Marlene will. I can only give 5 stars, but, if I could, I would give her way more than that. She deserves it, as she is a super hard working agent. We highly recommend her! Trust me, you will not regret it. She is highly communicative and will keep you informed on every detail throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond our expectations. She helped make our (home) dreams come true!

Shelli knows the market and told me from the start of our listing that the market was very slow and it would take a few months to sell our home but that it would sell. She was right. Then she advised us on the price we should try to use to attract a buyer but not go as low as some had as our home had more to offer. She was right. Shelli dealt with everyone involved professionally and kindly. I am happy to have chosen her as the agent to list and sell our home. She isn’t just a wonderful friend but has proven herself to be a knowledgeable, professional real estate agent.

Great communicator. Showed her expertise during the entire process.

Words cannot express how grateful we are to Linda for helping us through one of the biggest milestones of our lives! As first-time homebuyers, we went into this process with so much uncertainty. We weren’t entirely sure what we were looking for, had little guidance, and felt like we were going in blind when it came to making such a life-changing commitment. Linda showed incredible patience, understanding, and professionalism. She guided us through every step, answered our many questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured, even when we were a little indecisive. She took the time to understand our needs, offered thoughtful guidance, and always made us feel that our family’s best interests came first. Linda’s experience and knowledge were truly eye-opening. The things she noticed, the questions she asked, and the details she pointed out helped us see things we would never have thought to look for or consider on our own. Some of the things she brought to our attention were honestly a little scary to think about, especially realizing how easily we could have overlooked them ourselves. It made us realize just how important it is to have someone knowledgeable and experienced in your corner when making such a life-changing decision. Having Linda on our side gave us comfort and confidence throughout the process, and without her guidance, we honestly believe we could have purchased a home we might have regretted. Linda, thank you for your patience, your guidance, and for looking out for our family every step of the way. Your hard work has helped set our family on a path toward a brighter future, and that is something we will always be grateful for. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through this journey, and we wholeheartedly recommend Linda to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about the people she serves! -The Sosa Family
