Wanda far exceeded our expectations. We didn't live in town where the house was so it was difficult to get there and take care of things. Without even asking, Wanda jumped on it and volunteered to do it. Over and over she handled everything which made our tasks so much easier. We couldn't have done it without her. Everything else was perfect too. She is kind, considerate, smart, genuine, etc. Wanda knows her craft inside and out, very knowledgeable. Nothing went wrong and when we needed to complete something she was on top of it that day, no delays. Couldn't have ask for a better agent and person then Wanda. Obviously we highly recommend her!

Kinda rare these days it seems. From our first meeting at an open house through 6 months of looking, debating, making offers, inspections, etc. she never let up - always positive and supportive even through our wishy-washy times. Finally made a decision and am very pleased with the outcome.

She returned our calls, texts and emails promptly. Very knowledgeable about the type of home we were looking for.
