David is the best realtor I used in the past 10 years. He is very professional and patient. He explained everything very clear to us in every stage of the house buying process. He also managed time very well and remind us to do every needed step. Due to the solar panel inspection, our closing has been postponed several times, David did many extra communication and rearrange to the final closing. Highly recommended realtor.

Kort did such a great job listing and selling our family member’s estate! From the beginning, the pictures were fantastic as well as the description of our home.
