Because Debbie works in our area and she lives in our community she knew about other listings which is great when you're pricing a home. She loves people and it shows! We were referred to Rudy by a friend of someone else that used him. We could not be happier with our experience. We were looking to move to AZ from IL in the next year. We talked on the phone and had zoom meetings letting Rudy know what we were looking for. He offered to go to houses and FaceTime us if there was something we really wanted to see. He set us up on an app sending us any listings that fit our criteria. We planned to take a long weekend to look at houses and neighborhoods so we could get a better idea of where and what we wanted. Rudy made himself available to us for the whole long weekend and set us up with about 30 walk throughs. We did not expect to find exactly what we wanted on our first trip but we did! Rudy was with us through the whole process. Even with the time difference he always responded quickly to any question no matter how big or small. He made our home buying process feel comfortable and easy. I cannot recommend Rudy enough!

Kyle is super responsive and proactive. He takes into account what you want and will find you a home that meets those wants. He is great at communicating with others and being able to negotiate a good deal for his buyers. He is fair but firm in his communication and we cant say enough good things about our experience working with him!

Not only did she find us our dream home, Millicent went out of her way to follow up on us, she even got to know us! It felt like we were talking to a family member! She made sure everything pertaining to the home was exactly how we liked, she even gave us more information such as following up for inspections, repairs and etc.
