Cynthia supported me on a few offers that unfortunately didn’t work out due to the seller or other agent. Kept me in the loop on the current market and interests rates along with other house values to compare to mine. She is definitely an agent I would recommend. Cynthia is very friendly and treated me with the most respect and often times I felt bad for having to look at so many houses. It’s difficult when you’re buying from out of state but Cynthia was so wonderful and truly helped me out a lot.

Not only did she find us our dream home, Millicent went out of her way to follow up on us, she even got to know us! It felt like we were talking to a family member! She made sure everything pertaining to the home was exactly how we liked, she even gave us more information such as following up for inspections, repairs and etc.

Nora treated us in a very professional and personal manner from the listing through the closing sale of our home. The photographer she arranged and photos used for our listing were superb. During the listing, when we were back in our home state of North Dakota, a new roof was being constructed on the home we were selling. Nora made sure this construction was done on time based on the closing date. Nora was always willing to assist us with anything if needed. Nora was the agent we used when we bought the home she was now selling for us. She was so helpful during the purchase of that house, we knew we would use her again if and when we decided to sell. My wife and I have recommended her to people we know who are considering selling their homes. She’s amazing at her job!!!
