Sweet Arizona Real Estate Consultants

Cynthia supported me on a few offers that unfortunately didn’t work out due to the seller or other agent. Kept me in the loop on the current market and interests rates along with other house values to compare to mine. She is definitely an agent I would recommend. Cynthia is very friendly and treated me with the most respect and often times I felt bad for having to look at so many houses. It’s difficult when you’re buying from out of state but Cynthia was so wonderful and truly helped me out a lot.

Cynthia is not only very knowledgeable in the real estate market but also very responsive and provides sound advice. She is very easy to talk to and will always make herself available for questions. Her ability to translate real estate jargon into comprehensible terminology was invaluable in working through the selling process. We are grateful for all of her hard work in helping us secure a sale quickly!

This was a probate sale being done from out of state. Cynthia had secured multiple offers quickly and ensured the process was as painless as possible. She was very accurate in her assessment, kept in touch, communicated well, and made sure I was aware of the needs of the property. I wouldn't hesitate to use her as an agent again and highly recommend her to take care of your real estate sales.

We had a great experience working with Cynthia. We purchased a property in Phoenix and live outside the area. Prior to coming to town to view properties she sent us listings based on the location and cost criteria she gave us. We thought we were coming to town to get a closer look and she ended up showing us the perfect property. She handled all the details, was onsite for the inspections and provided a contractor to make some upgrades before the property was occupied. I would highly recommend her and will rely on her again if we need another property in the Phoenix area.

I would definitely recommend Cynthia to anyone in her area. She was able to find the right buyer and we got the price we were looking for.

Cynthia was professional, responsive and honest. She made the stressful time of selling our house fun! Getting to know her was just part of the experience that we consider a gift! She sold our house within the timeline she expected and ensured our cats were safe during showings and the inspection. Her professionalism and customer service is well above average! If we ever plan to move back to the area she will be our first call! Give her a call . . you'll be happy you did!
