Karen is the best Realtor we have ever worked with (representing us both buying and selling), hands down. Not only is she an astute professional, but she is remarkably kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She stays abreast of market trends, offers sound advice, is incredibly communicative, well connected, and really? Just a wonderful person. When we first started working with Karen, we were stationed on the east coast- so lots of calls, texts, even facetime to help my Husband and I find our first home together. With her guidance, we were able to beat other offers (during Covid and even using a VA loan!) and close without issue. Fast forward a few years and it was time to list our home due to a fast approaching deadline for work out of state. Karen got us set up quickly, realistically prepared us for the selling process, and got our home on the MLS rapidly. We recently closed from out of state, and it's Karen's expertise that made a stressful transition much more manageable. Through both buying and selling, Karen has consistently been there for us, and we couldn't be more grateful. She has always made us feel like VIPs, regardless of the price of the transaction, and we've felt genuinely valued and cared for. If you're looking for a Realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about her clients, we cannot recommend Karen highly enough. She has, and always been, an absolute pleasure to work with. And you bet we will choose her again when we move back to the Valley!

Home closed today in Fountain Hills! I highly recommend Karen DeGeorge. Everything is done first class, she's very smart, she knows Fountain Hills intimately, and she's been very kind and astute, true advocacy, every interaction, every day! (I sort of wish she was my sister:)

Jill was absolutely phenomenal throughout our home-buying journey! She went above and beyond to help us close, no matter what obstacle came our way. She was knowledgeable, responsive, determined, and always had our best interests at heart. Thanks to her dedication and hard work, we made it to the closing table. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and highly recommend Jill and the Russ Lyon Sotheby’s team!

She demonstrated great knowledge of the market. Guided us thru the purchase process giving us balanced constructive feedback. Demonstrated flexibility and interest in our needs etc. This helped us get thru the process and get the best possible

This is the third property we've purchased over the last 18 years with Tina's help. She's knows the market, knows the neighborhoods, knows the builders - heck, she might know everything! Her communication is great and she's very attentive. We would challenge anyone to find a better realtor anywhere!

Tina is the person who can get the job done with clear communication and extensive knowledge of the area. Her experience with the process and issues that need addressed is expansive, which is vital with real estate transactions.

Cheryl's breadth and depth of local market knowledge was exceptional. She was able to bring us a qualified and vetted buyer very early in the selling process. Cheryl brings professional calmness to a process inherently filled with some unexpected bumps, twists and turns. She deals with issues directly and is very capable of having difficult conversations as required. We highly recommend Cheryl without any reservations.

Our family worked with Cheryl Miller-Kelley at MCO Realty to sell our mother's home as part of an estate. She successfully guided the transaction through to closing, and we appreciated her efforts in getting the property sold. Cheryl was responsive and remained focused on getting the transaction to the finish line. She was professional and helped us navigate what was a difficult and emotional process. We are grateful that the sale was completed successfully and wish her continued success in her business.

We’ve bought two homes and sold one in Fountain Hills, and Cheryl was our agent for all three transactions. After working with her multiple times, we can say without hesitation that she has her finger on the pulse of the Fountain Hills market. For both homes we purchased, Cheryl had advance knowledge of opportunities before they were widely available and got us in early—well ahead of other buyers. That kind of local insight made a real difference in competitive situations and ultimately helped us secure the right homes. We trusted Cheryl enough to make offers based solely on her descriptions during FaceTime walkthroughs, which speaks volumes about both her judgment and her use of technology. She consistently leveraged tools like video tours to our advantage, saving time while still giving us confidence in our decisions. Cheryl is also a tough and effective negotiator. She provided clear, thoughtful advice on pricing, terms, and conditions, and never hesitated to advocate strongly on our behalf. At the same time, she was always ethical and professional, making sure every decision aligned with our goals and best interests. On a personal level, she is simply easy to work with. Cheryl was always available, responsive, and proactive. She did all the legwork—screening properties, narrowing options, and bringing us only the homes that truly fit what we were looking for. Once she understood our priorities, she pursued them relentlessly. Cheryl combines deep market knowledge, smart use of technology, strong negotiation skills, and genuine care for her clients. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again and recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone buying or selling in Fountain Hills.

We primarily worked with Lacey throughout the process and she was excellent from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the market, which made the entire experience feel smooth and well-managed. Communication was always clear and timely, and she made sure we understood each step without ever feeling rushed or pressured. Drew also assisted at points along the way, and together they made sure everything stayed on track. Lacey was extremely detail-oriented, stayed ahead of potential issues, and handled everything with a high level of professionalism. It was clear she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in doing things right. I would absolutely recommend Lacey and the Team Lehman AZ to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy real estate team that truly advocates for their clients.
