Long story short, Karen assisted me with the sale of my late mother and her deceased significant other's house. This was not just your normal sale. First, i live on the other side of the country. Second, a family friend was still living in the house for a period of time. Third, the house needed some work to get it up to market. The white glove service that Karen and Kim gave me from a couple thousand miles away, plus their patience, creativity, and breadth of relationships / resources made a massive difference during this complicated process. Not only did we get max value for the house, but i slept well at night knowing i was in great hands!
