He advised, guided, marketed, managed, and closed our sale, in a challenging market with drive, positivity, and outstanding professionalism. We clearly see why Randy sells a significant number of properties per year, he is the person you want as your partner to buy or sell your home. We were relocating, and not going to be present, but Randy made it seamless. He recommended the fixes/updates to make, managed getting great contractors there and got the work done, then created amazing marketing and executed the whole process to close without us being present.
