I'm not sure I would have made it through the process without him, especially with the housing market being as difficult as it was when I purchased. As a first time buyer I was very apprehensive and unfamiliar about every part of the process, but Sam made it straightforward and easy to understand. He is incredibly responsive regardless of what random questions I asked or what time of day I asked them. Probably most importantly, he was approchable and adaptable.
