Karen & team did a real time market value on our home, did not set an unrealistic value or expectation on the property and timeline to sell. From the photos to market materials, every thing was first class. We had numerous showings every week during the listing period and multiple offers over the the time on market. Best buying experience I've ever had! I was buying a house in Mesa while still living in New York — which, for anyone who's tried it, is already a nightmare. Karen made it easy.
