We put our house up for sale in a very challenging market. Randy did an excellent market analysis to establish the Asking Price. We worked together to provide details that justified the asking price. Randy used multiple marketing techniques, and did not stop marketing even when an offer was being considered. During the whole process, I felt that the communication was excellent, and that we were always in sync with the timeline and expectations. And, when an issue or concern occurred, Randy was calm and cool, putting the situation into perspective, and outlining the path to resolving it. In the end, the house sold in about a month at full asking price! We couldn't have been happier, and would recommend Randy to anyone!!

Zach was an amazing agent. From the very beginning he lined up homes he knew we would be interested in. He showed us a good variety and helped us understand the benefits and issues with each from maintenance and remodel costs to potential sale later on down the road. When it came to the offer, Zach held the line and we were able to come in much lower than asking. In addition, he was able to negotiate some furniture and other items within the home we really liked as part of the deal. Overall his personality was perfect for my wife and I. He can help lesson stressful times with a calm demeanor when he needs to, but also was very aggressive in getting everything we asked for during negotiations. Additionally, he was by far the most responsive agent I have ever dealt with. It didn’t matter what time in the day we left a message, we always received a response back within the hour. Finally, Zach is extremely well connected which comes in handy for your after close needs. He has someone for house painting, audio, pool cleaner, gardener, furniture/ grill’s, etc. Everything we needed that was extra, he had a great pipeline of talent in his network that could get us what we wanted at a great discount within days. The overall experience was the best and I would recommend his services to anyone that asks. Thank you Zach for everything
