Maria and Alice kept us informed during all phases of the home buying process. All contingency dates were met and our purchase was actually ready 10 days ahead of time. Everyone should have Jim as THEIR realtor. He's absolutely outstanding. Because of his excellent service, we were totally comfortable buying a house in Arizona (we live in Minnesota) without a personal visit during the inspection period (I had a heart attack) .
