We have had the rare pleasure of having Shar help us with our realty needs three times. First was when we were first married over 17 years ago. Poor and wanting a place of our own, Shar knew our woefully small budget but still took us all over the east valley looking for a home and treated us like a much higher dollar client. She was fun, personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and hard working (when does she not work?). Fast forward three years she was helping us sell the home she helped us buy and also find a place to rent before we actually left the state. Same person, same amazing experience. Jump to 2020, pandemic, no housing inventory, moving back to Arizona. Shar started helping us long before we were even moved to the state, helping us with options, doing remote walkthroughs of homes that were in the middle of nowhere. And she will be the person we use to sell it (whenever that happens). She is awesome and works so hard for her clients.
