Jasmine went above and beyond my expectations to help me sell my house. Her many years of experience showed through for every challenge that came up.

I was a real estate broker in AZ up and tell last year, but I worked income producing properties. I am knowledgeable enough not to mess in areas that you are not the best in so I looked around and found Jasmine and she knew what I didn’t. My partner and I from the Midwest and she if from there also so all three knew we had trust in each other.

Gerry has made a very frustrating adventure with a lender, who had no urgency to get the job done and delayed our closing by over 10 days, a success after much, much hard work on her part. The title company also had issues using their own tools to resolve problems in a timely manner. There was lack of communication and extreme incompetence on the lender who did nothing to facilitate the process. They buyer's agent couldn't get responses from the lender trying to get answers as to the cause of the delays until Gerry had to step in to get assistance from a supervisor. Professionalism from Gerry who stayed on top of the issues to ensure that all the other parties were complying with the errors and delays and having to force them all to resolve issues since urgency wasn't a factor for either entity to follow through on anything. Five-stars isn't enough of a rating since without her diligence nothing would have gotten done in the time it finally did take to close this sale. Ten-stars is a more appropriate rating. We would recommend Gerry to anyone who needs the assistance of a professional realtor.

Gerry was absolutely amazing! It was such a pleasure to work with her and have her helping us along the way. I hired Gerry to help me buy my home in 2018 and loved her so much, that we rehired her when we were ready to sell. She’s so personable and makes you feel like family.
