I cannot overstate how amazing it feels to not have the anxiety of ever having to worry about finding a realtor ever again, because I cannot imagine using anyone else. I honestly don't think I could let anyone I care about use anyone else either. Kevin and his team worked relentlessly for us, they never stopped. They were very communicative, Kevin kept us updated every step of the way. Kevin and his team were just amazing every step of the way, I wish I had more than words to say how awesome our experience was.

Lynnanne and I spent much time discussing how to best sell my home in a challenging market over a 15 month period. I had specific goals in mind as this was a second home for me over the winter months. I was not pressured to sell the home so was very cautious in how we marketing it. I even took the home off the market for 8 months since I was not comfortable with the pricing in the market. Lynnanne was very patient with me and continued to offer advise on how to price and market . I never felt any pressure from her to sell until I was ready to accept the market as it was. She was very prompt in communication always. I would certainly recommend her to others . She was a reasonable and encouraging agent throughout the process.

Peggy was thoughtful about suggestions and advice. She listened tentatively to my needs and made sure to negotiate the best deal on my behalf. When I was in a crunch with time to close and move into my new house; she successfully accomplished that. I have full trust with her knowledge and suggestions in the housing market. She truly cares about her clients and gives her all to make sure the client finds the right home.
