Hello my name is Joseph my wife and me fell on hard times beginning last year in 2025 and it became very hard to catch up in 2026 so we were facing a foreclosure we were getting low balled by tons of other companies and out of nowhere this young man Kevin Gonzalez De la Vega called me up and right off the bat I noticed he was different from the other companies that don't care about people. Lynnanne and I spent much time discussing how to best sell my home in a challenging market over a 15 month period. I had specific goals in mind as this was a second home for me over the winter months. I was not pressured to sell the home so was very cautious in how we marketing it. I even took the home off the market for 8 months since I was not comfortable with the pricing in the market.
