Lynnanne and I worked together over a 15 month period and accomplished my goal.

Lynnanne and I spent much time discussing how to best sell my home in a challenging market over a 15 month period. I had specific goals in mind as this was a second home for me over the winter months. I was not pressured to sell the home so was very cautious in how we marketing it. I even took the home off the market for 8 months since I was not comfortable with the pricing in the market. Lynnanne was very patient with me and continued to offer advise on how to price and market . I never felt any pressure from her to sell until I was ready to accept the market as it was. She was very prompt in communication always. I would certainly recommend her to others . She was a reasonable and encouraging agent throughout the process.
