Nora treated us in a very professional and personal manner from the listing through the closing sale of our home. The photographer she arranged and photos used for our listing were superb. During the listing, when we were back in our home state of North Dakota, a new roof was being constructed on the home we were selling. Nora made sure this construction was done on time based on the closing date. Nora was always willing to assist us with anything if needed. Nora was the agent we used when we bought the home she was now selling for us. She was so helpful during the purchase of that house, we knew we would use her again if and when we decided to sell. My wife and I have recommended her to people we know who are considering selling their homes. She’s amazing at her job!!!

I’ve moved a lot because of my job and have hired 7-8 realtors over the years. Nora by far exceeded them all. The marketing package/sales plan she put together for our property was so comprehensive I’m not sure what else she could have done. Nora also invested the time to sell our property with several “open house” weekends, again more than I’ve experienced with any other realtor. I would highly recommend Nora to anyone interested in the marketing and sale of their property.

Nora was extremely helpful in narrowing down the selections in our searches for a home. She was able to adjust what I was looking for in a home very quickly and was right there with me the entire time. If there were any concerns or questions, Nora quickly jumped on it and would get those answers within the day. She’s very communicative and professional! Sonia is a diligent professional, and this review follows her helping me with my 6th purchase in the Phoenix area. Sonia knows the neighborhoods, has good insight into the market, and other agents. She has advised me well in terms of avoiding pitfalls, expressed reasonable concerns about certain properties, and makes sure I know what I am getting into in those situations. I can't recommend her highly enough, and I have had one friend use her as his realtor as well off of my recommendation, and he was impressed and satisfied as well.
