When my housing circumstances changed 2 months ago, she hustled and stuck with me through the chaos of the current housing market. Holly is an amazing realtor and helped our first time home buying experience go flawlessly. As out of state buyers, we had very little knowledge about the areas we would be looking in. We honestly didn't even really know what we wanted! We were back and forth, up and down, and everywhere in between. Holly was so incredibly patient with us and never once made us feel like we were putting her out or annoying her with our novice questions and/or concerns. She was honest with us every step of the way. We never felt rushed or pushed. She was extremely professional but also very personable. As a native to AZ, she was able to answer questions (with firsthand experience) we had about specific neighborhoods, schools, etc. When we found the house we knew we had to have, Holly helped us make that happen. And quickly. In this competitive market, we couldn't be more grateful to have someone who was willing to work hard for us and ultimately succeed in landing us the home we loved and wanted! Even after we closed, Holly was in touch with us and helped with certain things we couldn't do from out of state (changing the locks, turning our A/C on, etc.). She is truly a gem.

Holly is very professional and knowledgeable. She came very prepared with all contacts and staging items to make for an excellent open house. The house was beautifully staged inside and out. There were many offers from the open house. Holly negotiated a quick deal that benefited both seller and buyer. Very pleased with everything!

Holly was a tremendous asset during the home purchasing process. I am new to the Phoenix area. She took time to get to know me and my family, gained an understanding of what we were looking for and was able to guide us to recommendation locations. She was unbelievably patient with us during our long search . She offered great insight and was attentive to our needs throughout the process. She also was supportive and a valuable partner when we pulled out of a contract when it became evident a particular seller was not forthright with us in the disclosure forms.
