Nora treated us in a very professional and personal manner from the listing through the closing sale of our home. The photographer she arranged and photos used for our listing were superb. During the listing, when we were back in our home state of North Dakota, a new roof was being constructed on the home we were selling. Nora made sure this construction was done on time based on the closing date. Nora was always willing to assist us with anything if needed. Nora was the agent we used when we bought the home she was now selling for us. She was so helpful during the purchase of that house, we knew we would use her again if and when we decided to sell. She personally affected many of the housecleaning duties herself. She hired and over saw a myriad of vendors t a that did the major repairs required. She got a great price for us in record speed.
