Hello! Thank you taking the time to get to know me. I'm originally from New Jersey but spent most of my formative years here in beautiful Arizona. I adventured in my twenties, living in California, Washington, and Nevada but none of them compared to living here. I've traveled around our state and, in my opinion, Prescott is the best place to live! It truly is "Everybody's Hometown".
As your professional real estate advisor, I focus on client satisfaction. This is a service business and I am not happy until you are happy. My business slogan is "Enthusiasm, Education, and Execution". I am upbeat and approach every transaction, no matter how big or small, with enthusiasm. I am passionate about connecting people with properties. I do that best by really getting to know my clients. I work hard to fully understand their needs and goals, represent those at every touchpoint, and provide compassion-based communication from beginning to end. I enjoy being a trusted advisor to my clients and bring over 30 years experience in management ensuring my clients can relax and enjoy the process of buying or selling their home. Born and raised in Anaheim, California, I made the life-changing decision to relocate to Prescott Valley in 2009, following my heart to be with the love of my life. It turned out to be the best decision I've ever made. Embracing the stunning landscapes of the Prescott area, I discovered my passion for the great outdoors, indulging in activities like camping, kayaking, and hiking.
In 2016, I took another leap of faith by obtaining my real estate license, marking the beginning of a fulfilling career journey as a full-time agent. Fuelled by my innate passion for helping others, I thrive on being a trusted guide through the complexities of real estate transactions. Renowned for my strong work ethic, I am relentless in my pursuit of achieving the best outcomes for my clients.

For the past four years, I have been actively involved in the PAAR community outreach program, contributing my time and efforts to various initiatives that uplift and support our community. Additionally, I volunteer at my church as part of the serve team and lend my support to the local Red Cross chapter, offering assistance during times of crisis.

Tough Sale in a Tough Market
This is the 3rd house Ben has helped me sell. The other two were pretty quick and easy. This one was in a 55+ on leased land, newer home. The whole neighborhood wasn’t moving, 15 listed, and finally cash offer and quick close after 9 months. Ben never gave up and was always keeping me informed, suggesting something new or a price adjustment. The long timeframe had nothing to do with Ben and everything to do with the strange market. Ben is caring, authentic, funny yet always professional. I highly recommend Ben Zallaha!

Amazing, real estate agent that really cared about my family.
Charlotte was an amazing real estate agent that worked with my wife and I over a year and a half process. Through a couple hiccups. She was always kind, caring and supportive, throughout the entire process of buying a home. She really listened and cared about my wife, and I finding the perfect home for us. She is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Superior knowledge of the market, and committed to excellence
Ben Zallaha and his team proved that hard work and a commitment to excellence could pull off what seemed to be impossible. We needed to sell a home in Arizona from our residence in Ohio. Finding someone who could handle the entire transaction, coach us to maximize value, personally vet a multitude of contractors for a variety of needed work, monitor the quality and efficiency of their jobs with multiple, sometimes daily, trips to the property, having all work completed in less than six weeks, then, conceive and develop the most strategic marketing strategy, and communicate progress with us regularly so that we were never in the dark. It all seemed like too much to ask. We interviewed multiple agents. When we saw the digital and online marketing strategies home team Prescott had developed, Ben and his team clearly were the obvious choice. Ben helped us establish a price point at the high end of the market. We had a contract within 15 days, and sold for over asking price. On a personal note, Ben is so much more than just a real estate agent. He understands the seller's concerns, and he plays the role of a conscientious coach. He made it abundantly clear that we were in the driver's seat, the decisions were ours, and our complete satisfaction was his overriding priority. Ben's heart is kind, and his motives are humble. He gives advice with caution. Conclusion: there may be agents with more experience, more sales, more hype and professional recognition. I'm just thankful we found Ben. He and his team were a true blessing to our family.

Wonderful Agent Sold Home for Full Price in 5 Days!
Amy was direct and to the point. She stayed on task and updated us every step. She suggested a higher price than we thought…and she got it. Of course the house was worth every penny. I will definitely use Amy again.
