This is the 3rd house Ben has helped me sell. The other two were pretty quick and easy. This one was in a 55+ on leased land, newer home. Ben Zallaha and his team proved that hard work and a commitment to excellence could pull off what seemed to be impossible. We needed to sell a home in Arizona from our residence in Ohio.
