Ben always let me know when there were documents to sign. He went above and beyond what a "typical" agent would do. I was a bit insecure going through the process of purchasing a home since the loss of my husband. He walked me through the documents always making sure I knew what I was signing. Ben is very meticulous in finding what you want down to the finest details. If he doesn't have the answer, he'll let you know he doesn't know and find the answer. He won't try and sell you on any house with the traditional real estate buzz words like "location, location, location" or "this house has massive potential!"
