This is the 3rd house Ben has helped me sell. The other two were pretty quick and easy. This one was in a 55+ on leased land, newer home. The whole neighborhood wasn’t moving, 15 listed, and finally cash offer and quick close after 9 months. Ben never gave up and was always keeping me informed, suggesting something new or a price adjustment. The long timeframe had nothing to do with Ben and everything to do with the strange market. Ben Zallaha and his team proved that hard work and a commitment to excellence could pull off what seemed to be impossible. We needed to sell a home in Arizona from our residence in Ohio. Finding someone who could handle the entire transaction, coach us to maximize value, personally vet a multitude of contractors for a variety of needed work, monitor the quality and efficiency of their jobs with multiple, sometimes daily, trips to the property, having all work completed in less than six weeks, then, conceive and develop the most strategic marketing strategy, and communicate progress with us regularly so that we were never in the dark. It all seemed like too much to ask. We interviewed multiple agents. Ben helped us establish a price point at the high end of the market. We had a contract within 15 days, and sold for over asking price. On a personal note, Ben is so much more than just a real estate agent. He understands the seller's concerns, and he plays the role of a conscientious coach. He made it abundantly clear that we were in the driver's seat, the decisions were ours, and our complete satisfaction was his overriding priority. Ben's heart is kind, and his motives are humble. He gives advice with caution. Conclusion: there may be agents with more experience, more sales, more hype and professional recognition. I'm just thankful we found Ben. He and his team were a true blessing to our family.
