Erin was very professional and efficient. She came and staged the house with us. She is very knowledgeable and we were told our home was staged the best the buyers had seen. The house sold in a day and we Praise God for that. But Erin was a key part in it as well. Great communication.
Ben & Erin had our house sold in a couple of weeks! With the quick close they did great in helping us get minor things fixed and took care of us through the entire process. They even got our power turned back on within 30 minutes when it was switched to the new owner a day early! Communication was clear and prompt and we never felt left on our own. I've worked with Erin to both buy and sell numerous properties over the past 4 years. Without hesitancy I can say that she is an awesome realtor! Most realtors do little more than post your listing on MLS then wait to see what happens. That's not Erin. She is proactive through the entire process, from our first discussion about a property, renovations I plan to the property (if it's one I'm buying to fix and sell), and in the exit strategy (including above-and-beyond marketing of the home through her multiple social media channels, and print media)--and keeps me updated on buyers' feedback regarding the homes so that I know what more, if anything, needs to be addressed so that I can sell the house. She also gives me solid advice before I even buy a home, regarding what the all-fixed-up value is likely to be. She has also provided me with insight regarding some homes I was considering buying but that had problems I not considered and that warranted my not purchasing those homes (even though she would have made money when I fixed and went to sell the home). In sum, Erin treats each home like its her own investment. She truly acts and works like a co-owner on the same side of the transaction as me. It's refreshing and reassuring since most realtors I've used in the past are only in it for the realtor fee.

They utilize multiple tools including drone footage, professional photography, staging and custom videos which they post strategically on various online sites. This multi front campaign resulted in a high volume of traffic and showings. While homes in the area can sit for months Erin and Ben had our home under contract in less than 2 weeks. We feel the negotiated sales price was fair given the current environment and we were able to close in a reasonable time frame.
