James was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. We had an incredibly challenging buyer to say the least. James helped us stay calm during their awful behaviors and demands. When we were ready to walk away, he stepped up in ways I never ever thought a realtor would do. We have had several transactions with James in the past and we were always impressed but this one really showed his determination, patience, calmness under horrible circumstances and willingness to go way beyond the extra mile. Tammany on his team was also incredible. Weekly she sent a status report so we always knew the status of our sale. I have never seen any other realtors provide ongoing status information the way she did. It helped us understand what was done and what was coming next. She really made a difference for this transaction.
