We have sold two houses and purchased one house with Joe Janus. All three transactions in Scottsdale. As both a buyer and a seller, Joe was great to work with as a realtor. He is very knowledgeable about the market. He understands both sides of real estate transactions. His personality is also very easy to work with. He listens but he also gives his insights. If he doesn't know the answers to any questions, he's willing to contact the right people to get those answers. We very much enjoyed working with him and, if we need him again in the future, we will certainly contact him again.

Robyn was very knowledgeable and up to date on the market in the area. She had a list of contractors that she uses to do repairs and renovations that was very helpful. She always kept me up to date on the showings and the feedback that came in after the showings. She would always give me her opinion on the offers that we got and respected my opinion on them. We always seemed to agree on which way to move forward through the whole process. She made sure everything took place as it should so that there were no delays in closing the sale.
