Matt contacted me after another agent never responded. It took about a year to find a property that would work for us, I was kind of locked in on one property at the beginning. He was helpful throughout the time. He was very knowledgeable about all of the areas we were looking at and was very responsive to all of our questions. Great experience.

Lynn is a very supportive and compassionate person. I was selling my house during a tough market, she did some creative marketing, and got the house sold. Through the whole process, she always had my best interest in mind and gave me strong honest advice. She has a very calm way about her, helping to keep me calm. There were many trials and tribulations during the selling process, Lynn was always there every step of the way. For example, one issue that came up during the inspection is that there was water under the house in the dirt crawlspace. I had that repaired, but we wanted to make sure the crawlspace was dry. Lynn crawled in the dirt, crawlspace on her hands and knees to be sure there was no more leaking. Not every Realtor would do that! Lynn also represented me as a buyers agent and found me the perfect house. When she sent me the listing, I discarded it and told her I wasn’t interested. She called me the next day and suggested we go see it, she knew this was the right house for me. When I walked in, I fell in love with it. Somehow she knew what was best for me more than I did. I have just moved into that house and I’m loving it. I would not hesitate to recommend Lynn as the buying or selling agent. She is notonly an amazing person, she also excels at her job.

Selling the house, she assessed the market, made recommendations to us for listing preparations, and staged the house for expert presentation. The entire process was very fast and efficient.
